Our son Michael who owns Your ATP, a tax business that is growing day by day, passed his test and is on his way to becoming a full fledged Enrolled Agent Tax Preparer. That is not an easy test. It comes in three parts and you have a lot of studying to do in order to pass it. It is a very thorough test. This allows him to represent clients, who are are being audited, in front of the IRS.
