Today I went to the doctor’s for a physical. I ended up getting a flu shot, another blood test, a mammogram and re-filling my prescriptions. Whew! got a lot done and it seems that I am in great health – albeit, over weight, but in great health. I have to get myself back into the habit of exercising. If nothing else, I would feel better – not so achy.
Today the missionaries came by. Always, always pictures. Can’t help it!
