Since President Monson announced the age change for missionaries, we have been told that our work load at the office will probably double. NOTE: At our last World Conference, President Monson (President , Seer and Revelator for the church announced that the age for young men to serve a mission went from nineteen to eighteen. The age for young women to serve a mission went from twenty-one to nineteen. One of the members of our ward has a daughter who works at the Salt Lake Missionary Office. She stated that usually they get about six hundred applicants, but at this point they have received approximately four thousand! applications. Yep, we are going to get even busier. We don’t mind. We love working in the mission office. We are at the hub of everything.
