Elders Tilley and Christenson
Today we got these two Elders set up in an apartment in Baltimore, Maryland. As we drove to the apartment to wait for them to show up, we got a real flavor for the city where they were teaching. They are teaching in a very rough neighborhood – one of the Blue Light districts. NOTE: A blue light area is where they have a blue light on the top of the street lights so that the police know that it is a high crime area. The Elders are so obedient, not always thinking of the dangers, but always trying to do what they are serving for – to be Missionaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. And we do love them.
Elder Boehrer and I are teaching the Sunday School lesson tomorrow. It is on the Priesthood. We are going to use the talk from Elder L. Tom Perry regarding the Priesthood and its authority. We even got the projector and speakers from President. Hope all goes well.
