My Dirty Car
I knew it would snow today because I got our car washed. It looked so bad that it was embarrassing to drive. I didn’t realize how much snow could make a car dirty, especially a dark colored one. I love the snow, especially when I don’t have to be out in it. Elder Boehrer and I open our curtains in the apartment and just sit and watch it come down. So peaceful and beautiful.
The snow started already – thought I better take this before the snow takes over again. . .
Elder Boehrer and Elder Jones were gone from 7:30 until 1:00 today. They were putting together another apartment. I have to say that serving in the mission office is probably one of the busiest areas you can serve in. It is so rewarding and you always know what’s going on in the mission. The best part is being with the missionaries (as I have said many times).
The other night at the Richards’ home we had prime rib. Last night the President called and asked if we wanted the ‘left overs’. Ah, the left overs was about four or five pounds of cooked, perfect prime rib. They also asked if we wanted the extra baked potatoes. Needless to say, Elder Boehrer is in heaven.
