Sister Richards and her two daughter-in-laws and daughter, Brooke (with baby Jack)
Today was Sunday World Conference. The President invited us over to his home to watch both sessions of the conference. It was fun to visit and to sit with those who appreciate the conference and enjoy it as much as we do. Elder Hale’s talk was, as Bryan, said like getting ready for a football game. If that didn’t pump you up, then you don’t have a pulse.”
President smoked ribs and we had mashed potatoes, vegetables, fruit, salad, and Sister Richards fantastic rolls and butter (my gosh, all we do is EAT). The two Assistants to the President also came over. With all of us together and with the Richard’s children, it made their home sound like our home when all of our children get together. It was great to hear the laughter of brothers and sisters enjoying each other’s company. We look forward to hearing that noise again in our home.
