Today was the first day of World Conference. Since we don’t have a cable company that has the BYU Channel on it, we went down and bought some cables and with a phone call to our son David, we were able to connect the cables to the TV and our laptop and watch the Conference on TV! Gosh, we got a better picture with it coming through the computer than we normally do. It was a wonderful conference. I think one of the main topics was families, which is so important in today’s time. Elder Boehrer went to the Priesthood session at 8:00 tonight. That is one thing about being back East, the time is three hours ahead of our California time. We are used to going to these meetings much earlier in the day, like 5:00 not 8:00. By the time you get home it is time to go to bed.
