Yep, the trees are changing colors and it is incredibility beautiful.  Fall in Maryland is it’s most perfect season.  It is what you would imagine a perfect story book Autumn would be described as.   Tomorrow some of us senior couples are going to drive up the Skyline boulevard in Virginia to see the beautiful fall colors.  I have read about it, but never been to this part of the country and seen the leaves changing.

Very close to where are office is located is what I call the “poltergeist’ graveyard.  That’s because it is very old,  weathered, and very spooky.  We had to walk through it.  The wind was blowing and the graves were very old.  Actually it was interesting to read some of the headstones and also to see how they buried people in those days.  Those headstones must have cost a fortune.  We don’t see that nowadays.  Everything is flat to the ground.

I swear I’ve seen this angel statue in spooky movies . . .Disappointed smile

This poor graveside had given up the ghost – ahh, I mean the cross had fallen over and had moved the stone covering the grave. Ghost

You can see how windy it was that day and chilly – perfect Fall weather.

This gravestone had writing on every part of it.  Really unusual and very old.
